SecurAvatars ("the app") is developed by SecurAvatars. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information the app uses

• Heart rate: The app receives heart rate readings from a Bluetooth heart rate monitor you choose to connect. Readings are displayed on your device in real time. They are not stored, uploaded, or shared.
• Last sync time: The app saves the time of your most recent connection on your device so it can show "Last sync" on the home screen. This stays on your device.
• Nearby Bluetooth devices: The app scans for nearby Bluetooth devices only so you can pick your heart rate monitor. The list is not stored or shared.

Permissions

• Bluetooth (Nearby devices): to find and connect to your heart rate monitor.
• Location (Android 11 and older only): Android requires this permission for Bluetooth scanning on these versions. The app does not access or record your location.

What we don't do

The app has no account system, no advertising, and no analytics. We do not collect, sell, or share personal data with third parties.

External links

The app contains links to our website and a feedback survey hosted by Google Forms. These open in your browser and are covered by those services' own privacy policies.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android Settings, removes all data the app has saved.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version at this address.
